Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I was raised in a Christian home and attended church pretty regularly. I was saved a RA camp @ Shocco Springs. It wasn’t until I move to Pennsylvania that I was tested in my faith. There were not a lot of believers there and the youth group was small. However, because I was in a small church I was given the opportunity to serve in many roles because everyone had to do something. Cindy and I served as lay youth leaders, I served as treasurer and then was a deacon by the age of 26. My walk has developed over the years as God has ordained my steps. I haven’t always done exactly what he wants but strive to be a Christ-follower.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

First Baptist Hanover, Youth leader, 5 years, Deacon 2 years, SS Teacher 8 years
Hodgesville, Youth minister
Rehobeth, Youth then Youth/Education 5 1/2 years
Heritage, Education/Outreach 6 1/2 years
Western Heights, Education/Outreach 2 1/2 years
Calhoun Baptist Association, Associate DOM 15 years
SABA, Mission Strategist. 2 years

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Attending BCF

Experiencing God

Variety of positions that I have been able to participate in.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Hurting churches

Dismissal of an employee that brought security issues to my family and staff

Not being chosen as the DOM for Calhoun Association
