[H]eart
1. I love learning. Weather its studying, worshiping, listening to teaching, a new experience or something else. I love to learn for personal growth which in the end overflows to others.
2. I love growth. Seeing individuals and organization overcome limitations, extender their vision, be equipped and motivated to advance. By contrast I hate situations that are stagnant, resisten to change and settled down. I think we can always make it better and I love it when we do.
3. I love people. Family, friends, and strangers. I love getting to know people and doing life together. I get a kick out of seeing them sucede.
Generally… 20-30 somethings, non legalistic, people who want to make things better. I love pushing on passionate people and helping the stagnant dream again.
Leadership… when the leader grows everyone wins. The direction and aproach the church is taking. Equipping and supporting the Next Gen. Reaching those far from Christ.

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.
Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility
[E]xperience
After different experiences growing up I was convinced largely through my parents testimony that Jesus was it. By age 16 I took it upon myself to make this faith my own, I asked a lot of questions, read a lot and prayed like crazy. Though I did not physically meet Christ I can say I certainly got to know him in a way that inspires my to spend the resto of my life following Him and trying to be like Him.

Growing up in Mexico in a bi cultural environment.
I have amazing parents.
The opportunity to serve, lead and teaching within the Living Hope Ministry Family.
Some rejection issues opened the door for a lot of insecurity in my life. This led to becoming overly introverted which in turn led me to miss out on a lot of friendships and learning experiences. Having often been the underdog I think I can see and cheer on overlooked potential.
I learned earlier than I would have like about the many faults of the church and its members… initially this created a very cynical spirit in me. Now I love to help others cynics see the beauty withing the dysfunctional family of God.
Conflict with others in ministry. I believe it has given me a perspective that there are always at least two sides to every story and has led me to be willing to really hear out people with perspectives different than mine.
Wrapping It Up
