#1 Gift, Administration (50%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I love sharing my daily walk, my testimony, my faith with others. I love giving others an insight into who God/Jesus is and what He has done for me and what He can do for them.

#2 Gift, Evangelism (50%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
As much as I love sharing my life and what I know about God, Jesus, the bible, I love teaching those who want to know more, those who have a thirst for the truth, those who yearn for freedom, and as I teach I also learn. You will never know everything or understand everything, so teaching to me is learning as well.

#3 Gift, Exhortation/Encouragement (50%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I love to encourage others and provide hope when they may feel weak, lost, confused, less than. I’ve been in those shoes and I was blessed to have people in my life to give me hope, give me support, provide encouragement, so I would like to return the favor to all of those that I can.

[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. Sitting with fellow Christians of all ages and sharing life, testimonies, the WORD, or just stories. Listening to Podcasts that challenge my walk, make you think outside the box (outside your own world).

2. Sitting in stillness in nature, while having my bible or an edifying book. (Haven’t done this in a while, been busy with life. No Excuse!)

3. Listening to great live music that speaks to my soul, my spirit, and breaks me down and/or brings an overwhelming amount of joy. (Church, concerts,

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

Older teens (16-19), young adults (20-29, and adults around my age (38)

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

The teaching of how to be disciples. A lot of church’s don’t groom their youth or even the adults, on the fundamentals of how to read, dissect, understand, the bible, and how compassion, grace, and mercy, plays a major role.

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

At the age of 11 a schoolmate invited me to a Baptist Church and that was my first real experience in a Christian church. Didn’t really attend too many other times after because my parents/family had other beliefs. At the age of 15 while I was working at Publix as a bag boy, and elderly woman witnessed to me in the parking lot and asked me if I wanted to get to know Christ and allow Christ into my life. I said, “YES!!!”. A few months later is when I met my ex-wife and found out that her father was a Pastor. I was then baptized shortly after once I knew and understood who Jesus was, what He wanted to do in my life, and what being a Christian was.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

King of Kings Church – LaBelle, FL – Youth Leader – 9 years

Life House Church – Miami, FL – Sound Team – 8 years

Birth of my kids

The medical health of my 13 year old son when he was a newborn

My entire relationship with my wife now (from dating until we recently got married)

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

The medical health of my 13 year old son when he was a newborn
