Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I was raised in the Episcopal Church (though we did not attend all the time), then wandered away to Unitarian and returned to the church with birth of my two children. I have becoming increasingly active in the church of the years and increased my participation in Sunday School, Bible studies, etc.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Royal Family Kids Camp counselor for about 7 years

Vestry, homeless ministry, altar guild at St. Paul’s and then Wellspring

Crafts ministry with women at the Modesto Gospel Mission

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

when our older son was diagnosed with lymphoma at age 20

working with a strong Christian editor in a secular setting (the newsroom)

helping to care for my in-laws in their final years, especially when my father-in-law lived with us

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

When my mother went through alcohol rehab program, starting with a family intervention

the cancer treatments for our son
