We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.
Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility
[E]xperience
Grew up in a religious home, but decided in my youth that I didn’t need church or religion per se. After my parents become believers I started to see a big change in their lives, but I still, didn’t think it was for me. Once I have visited my parent’s church for the first time, I saw that people over there had something I didn’t have. I couldn’t understand what it was, but it seems that they had a peace and assurance that I could not understand. I started to attend the church but kept on foot in and one foot out, going to parties and enjoying pleasures of life every weekend I could. It was at a special youth meeting that I was convinced to make a decision. The passage was John 10:9 and the preacher clearly mentioned about those who were half involved, being very close to Jesus, but not have taken the step towards receiving him. So that night I made my decision.
Served at my home church, Morumbi Baptist Church in Children’s and youth ministry, Drama, and Mission trips
Since 2003 I’m a full-time missionary with Operation Mobilization in Ireland, have served in street evangelism, children’s and youth ministry, teaching and preaching, training, leadership, and strategic planning.

Being used by God in a miraculous way, as I was preaching to a group of youth and they understood everything in their own language
Testimony of people who have witnessed my ministry and was touched by it and made them think.
Leadership issues
Miscommunication issues that lead to team conflicts
Uncertainty in regards to the future and/or ministry
