Thank you Jo Browning for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. #3 Gift, Exhortation/Encouragement (50%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
St. Teresa of Avila wrote, “Christ has no body now on earth but yours: no hands, no feet on earth but yours. Yours are the eyes with which He looks compassion on this world. Yours are the feet with which He walks to do good. Yours are the hands, yours are the feet, your are the eyes, you are His body with which He blesses all the world.”

[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. Sing praise, give thanks, love and glory – so much so, that I am lost in worship, in awe, and in adoration of God; and knowing nothing else on earth compares with His unconditional love, goodness and mercy.

2. Spending time with my family – telling stories, playing games, laughing so much it hurts and enjoying the antics of our loveable, huggable dogs.

3. Spending time with my dearest friends, doing much of the fun I mentioned above, and praying together, ministering to others together and being grateful.

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

Married couples through Worldwide Marriage Encounter Ministries. Also, faith-filled, like-minded adults, who are seeking, curious and motivated.

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

Small groups, bible studies, fund-raisers for youth, parish festivals, women of St. Dennis events, hosting WWME romantic dinners and community meetings

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline
