This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I really enjoy being the supportive background of a leader by taking some of their responsibilities so they can focus on the main thing. I enjoy using my skills in the background, helping someone in charge prepare for what they need to do, making everything easier for them. I enjoy following orders and it makes me glad that they trust me and need my help and value my work. I like to be the one who focuses on the details and on implementation when my line manager, the person in charge brings the vision. I like to be the ‘right hand’ of someone. I’m also happy to do the “disliked” tasks, like I’m ok with cleaning the toilet (I find it really holy, I always think about God when I’m doing it), washing the dishes after a crowd etc.

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I love organizing, overseeing and coordinating a project and a group of people, knowing exactly what the task is, knowing the abilities of my people, and delegating the right job for everyone in the most efficient way, always focusing on clarity when explaining something to them and keeping the goal in front of me. I also really like logistics, working with registration systems, and I am partial to spreadsheets. I think I am really good in bringing clarity: understanding something difficult, processing it and presenting it to others in a really easy-to-follow-and-understand way.

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I really like interpreting the Bible, spending time over it, trying to find what is its personal message to me, what is its personal message to our age. I like to link the dots, to explore cross references, and to tell others really clearly what the Holy Spirit made me understand when I read the passage. I also like to think about great questions that make the understanding and interpreting of the text easier. I like to focus on images presented in the Bible, on motives, finding their deep and personal meaning. I feel that I have a gift in understanding the images in the Bible in a really unique way that can be helpful to others too.

[H]eart

1. I love organising something, bringing clarity, making something a lot more easy to understand for others, focusing on details, always using some visual presentation, imagery (choosing the best colours, best shades, best size, every details needs to be perfect). I like to do it alone (like editing things on my computer), or do it in a team – if a member I have to know my exact, detailed task description to function well; if a leader, I like to know my people and the goal, I like to motivate them, bringing out the best of each of them to reach that goal. Maybe because of this I like teaching, training, explaining something that is way more simple than many would think it is.

2. I like to bake or cook for my friends and family, to have guests, I like being a host. I love to try out new recipes so I can give the best to my guests. I like to remember their favorite food or cake and I like to bring them joy by making them their favorite dish.

3. I like interpreting texts, interpreting the Bible, looking for references, and unique messages. I also like to write or tell stories for children based on the core teaching of the Bible, simple to understand, but really deep in meaning; I like to be with children, understanding them, talking to them in their own language.

With strong leaders – mostly with men who are older than me (like Jim, Ágoston, Tiszi, Jose etc.) – who know exactly what they want. I love to be their background help, to do that bit that they can’t, to help them, support them, follow them, do exactly what they expect me to do and even more. I also like to work in a team with capable people, with whom we complete each other using our unique gifts and abilities.

[E]xperience

I’ve always considered myself as a Christian as I’ve always attended the Sunday church services and helped around when it was needed. But it was when I was 18 (in 2015/2016) that my pastor suggested that I go to this DMA in Sutor organised by Exodus (led by Jim Brown and David Gilkinson), so I decided to go. There I experienced what really being a Christian and living my whole life for Jesus means so I decided to give my life fully to Him and live every moment in my life for Him, serving Him with everything I have. Since then Exodus has played a very significant role in my spiritual growth and in my walk with Jesus.

2016-2018 – youth leader at local reformed Hungarian church, Alesd, Romania

2018-2020 – volunteer at Sutor Exodus Centre (kids ministry, social work)

2020/2021 – interning at Exodus Lisburn: part-time operations and administration, part-time personal assistant to CEO.

Being raised up in a great family, good parents, 2 siblings

Being involved in Exodus programmes (volunteering, DMA, summer support team, hosting teams, internship, etc.)

Great pastor at local church, great youth group

Having a really hard season in my childhood because of my primary school teacher who abused me emotionally
