Thank you Kalisa for taking the SHAPE Assessment. #1 Gift, Exhortation/Encouragement (100%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I have always enjoyed making other people feel better about themselves in a given situation that may be weighing heavy on their hearts. It is not difficult for me to impress a new, “light at the end of the tunnel” perspective upon someone in their less than fortunate circumstantial situations.

#2 Gift, Evangelism (84%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:

#3 Gift, Giving (84%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I naturally love people of all races, shapes and sizes. I’m highly sensitive to the energy of another’s spirit that I come into contact with.
I live for loving and love the feeling of knowing I am loved by someone too.

[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. Being in natural environments surrounded by wildlife – preferably a place 100%exempt city noise

2. Following my intuition and communicating frequently with my guardians and guides. Communing with the Divine.

3. Listening to spiritual leaders and motivators and constantly learning more about others success stories of finding Christ along their walk of life

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

I love to work with people that I can constantly learn from – surrounding myself with people wiser than me in my field makes me feel like I am in a constant growth process. I love to grow….

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

I am currently in prayer to God to help me learn how to “reach the one most unreachable”. My brother doesn’t believe in Jesus and for years has responded defensively to any conversation about the Bible because he thinks it is all a written scam to originally gain control of a certain society of Catholics and Partisan…. I can’t remember the whole thought he has behind it but – using his passionate resistance to the 2 main points of my own personal and continual salvation is the fuel that fires my passion to have the ability to eventually “reach the unreachable”.
(2) Communicating the gospel of The Word in a simple enough way that is appreciated by the higher intellectual mindsets in a crowd but easily understood by any class of society.

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Retriever’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

Always known God. Jesus not realized until I was 29 and began to watch Hillsong, read the Bible more and suddenly overwhelmed with crying and emotional falling down in repentance of all my past when I understood his sacrifice for my redemption. Since that night, I am closer to God everyday and learning in a constant basis in need of feeling I am now purposed to serve him with all of my life and all of myself committed to Him. I am in love with God and the Grace he gives someone like me whose done so many horrible things to His temple (my body) and I can’t help but only desire Hos Presence in my life each day forth, moment to moment from the present as I write this. 3:33pm Saturday February 2018.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Saved. By Billy Graham

Hillsong channel network discovery and leading me to so many other spiritual leaders through its connection

Joyce Meyers and most recently Craig Groeschel

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Bad relationship with myself- Not loving myself – no self respect – no self worth –
I was raised with a disrespectful father who demanded my mom to worship the ground he walked on and my mother was completely submissive to his threats (and still is today) all for keeping the peace (I know she suffers in health from this denial of herself for so long over time)
Growing up in a home where no one remembered where they came from to get where they were blessed… a very “pretensive environment” where any kind of suffering within was denounced and neglected, parents having no desire to understand or have anything to do with knowing the importance of their own Mental Health and the benefit of seeking professional advice. I was the first person to ever seek a psychological psychiatric evaluations/ first time was for Eating Disorder / 2nd time was rehab for Drug Addiction and 3rd time was ….
Addictions – drug, alcohol and any self destructive behavior spawned from this realm such as making all poor choices in every area of life all due to not feeling capable of being able to survive emotionally without self medicating
Being a victim of Domestic violence and realizing in my coming to Jesus following this relationship that my entire life I had lived not knowing any other mindset to think by except always being a “victim”. and learning the hard way why it is so important to be aware of my relationship with God fiirst in order to have any good relationship that is healthy in living this life among others. Relationship to God Comes first and then I was able to finally understand how to love myself by his love pouring for me for me unconditionally and telling me that I was a value and that I was worth all the treasures of all the kingdoms of all the sun the moon and the stars and showing me who he was through his love through me
