This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
The Bible commands us to tell others about Christ. Most people will not come to a saving knowledge of Christ unless someone shares the Gospel with them and plants the seed.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
God is merciful and has shown me mercy more times than I can acknowledge, therefore I should show mercy to others.

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.
Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline
[E]xperience
I was raised in FBC Ellington. At 11 years of age during VBS I went through the motions of accepting Christ by going forward and being baptized. As time when on I doubted my salvation and realized I didn’t make a commitment and God was dealing with my heart. As a young adult and active in church I began reading Ephesians 2:8-9 “You are saved by grace through faith”. Salvation is simple and I was making it complicated. In the middle of the night in April 1983, I confessed my sin, ask Christ to forgive me and come into my heart. I simply put my faith in Him. I was later baptized again. I have peace in my heart of knowing Christ as my Savior.
FBC Ellington MO- church pianist 16 yrs, nursery worker, taught youth Sunday School 5 yrs.
FBC Kearney MO – church pianist and taught Team Kids 1st-6th grade girls 5 yrs.
FBC West Plains MO – substitute church pianist and taught 7th grade girls 2 yrs.
New Salem Baptist – Marble Hill MO- church pianist and taught 4th grade 2 yrs.
Delta FBC-Delta MO church pianist, taught preschool Sunday School – 12 yrs.
Millersville FBC – Millersville MO church pianist substitute, taught 5-6th grade SS – 1 yr.
Church of Rescued & Redeemed Cape MO worked in children’s church/youth group – 2 yrs
I know what it’s like to doubt salvation and to realize it’s putting faith in God and his word. Because of this, I have been able to talk with teens who were not sure of their salvation.
Music/choir, I love worshiping God because of who He is!
In working with kids of all ages, I understand that the window of time is short for them to learn, understand and trust God before they are adults.
Change. I do not like to move to a new area or a new church. I lived in my home town until I was 33. But, moving and attending church where I do not know others has made me conscious of visitors when they come to church. I try to put myself in their shoes and make them feel welcomed.
Parents with grown children who have turned away from God.
