S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Kyle Dieringer for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

1. I enjoy helping others. I get joy and fulfillment seeing the faces on those whose burdens are lifted by the help of others.
2. I love being part of a team. Iron sharpens iron. It is important to be part of a team of men that love God and teach truth through Jesus Christ.
3. I love my family. It brings joy to my life when I see my 3 kids grow up knowing that Jesus is their Savior.
I have been volunteering with the Children’s ministry (3-5 year olds) for the past 4 years. But I really love hanging out with the men’s group.
Crosspoint is experiencing a hardship that is going to require faith to lead them through this tough time. I have faith that God is in control and will lead the pastors and elders through this tough time. I believe there needs to be changes in processes and procedures to prevent these issues and problems from happening again.

Your Primary was ‘The Beaver’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Retriever’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.
Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility
Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.
Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable
[E]xperience
I put my faith in Jesus as my personal savior at an early age. I was about 5-6 years old and was attending a 5 day club in my neighborhood when I prayed to ask Jesus into my heart. I grew up in a Christian home with disciplined Christian parents. Just like everyone, I am not perfect, but Jesus has given me strength to get through life’s trials and tribulations.
I have served as a group leader in InterVarsity Christian Fellowship in college at the University of Wiscosin-Whitewater (2008).
I have served as a children’s Sunday School helper for the past 4 years at Crosspoint Community Church in Oconomowoc, WI.
Loving Family, I’m child #5 of 8 children
Marriage to my wife, Krystin
Birth of my 3 children, Cole, Brooke and Aubree
I was involved in an auto accident where my car struck 2 bicyclists and one of the bicyclist died.
My sister’s boyfriend and my friend died in a snowmobile accident.
