S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Kenneth Obiakpani for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I love sharing with and motivating others; known or unknown. I feel inspired when others surprisingly tell me that I have unknowingly helped them in some way.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I enjoy building things. Whether that be plans, events, or companies. I see a vision and enjoy being in the building process.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I believe I have insight. I think I have a ‘knowing’ about events that are taking place or will take place. This intution grows stronger when I focus my consciousness on it.
[H]eart
1. Helping others to develop – this is something I am encouraged to do when I see the fruits of my ‘work’.
2. Seeking knowledge – there are so many things I question, but internally and externally, that I do not know the answer to. I have found that the answers that I have been provided while growing up are not the FULL answers and there is always more to the story. I am keen to ‘know’ what is hidden just beyond my sight.
3. Building a long lasting legacy. I want to leave something here long after I am gone. It may not be my name but there should be a ‘residue’ of my life beyond my children.
I love creatives, free-thinkers and adventurous people. Those who are passionate and challenge the ‘norm’. I like to be around people who challenge the way I think, who can make me explore and develop my thinking without ‘fighting’ me.
That the answer is not as simple as most think. I believe there is more ‘truth’ than some people know/understand. There is a shroud of ‘knowledge’ over the truth. When will the ‘light’ be shined on this?

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.
Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline
[E]xperience
I went through a very bad relationiship break up and felt lost. I could feel something was wrong with the way the relationship ended and didn’t want to continue not having any direction spiritually. My sister took me to her church at the time and I have been at that church ever since. I gave myself to Christ soon after I joined when I felt His Spirit in me.
Gateway Chapel, 10 Kennet Road, London DA1 4QN (April/May 2014)
Currently serving in the Community Outreach and Photography teams; and in the leadership committee for the public speaking school
No previous churches
Marrying my wife.
Leaving home at 18 and never going back. Being a free-spirit.
Moving often (many different schools) between 6 – 15; allowed me to meet many different types of people and adapt to different characters and cultures very quickly.
Never having a father figure. Not being able to trust someone to be ‘authorative’ in my family. But also not having someone to lead me.
Not having the best relationship with my mother. It was a very tumultuous and rocky relationship which didn’t allow me to understand my emotions and have always been ‘extreme’. Great heights of joy and very deep lows of depression.
I did not finish university with a degree. After 4 years, I left with a HND; I have always felt that I failed and did not live up to my potential. I knew I was smart but did not ‘apply’ myself, leaving me very dissatisfied with what should have been the most important experience of my ‘attainment’ years.

3. to grow and edify people to reach their highest potential.
