[E]xperience

My dad is a pastor and my mom is his right hand woman. We grew up in the church. I finally truly understood and accepted the gospel when I was almost 13. It was mostly motivated by a fear of death and a realization that I couldn’t get to God without Jesus. My faith grew steadily through HS and blossomed in College.

Growing up in a ministry family – brought many benefits. The thing I appreciate most is the training it gave me in how to serve and what it means to be an active participant in the church.

Growing up in a ministry family – brought many challenges. I think for all of the benefits, it has also lead to a lot of bondage and confusing things in my walk with Christ that the Lord is working to heal and change in my life now.
