[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. Love people and allow them to feel loved. When I am operating in that gifting from my spirit, they feel His love more.

2. I love encouraging people to see their gifts and help them in executing a plan to operate in those gifts

3. My heart leaps when I am truly doing Kingdom Ministry and I know that God is pleased with the progress and His Body operating in unity.

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

I love to work with all age groups.
I find that children up to millenials seem to be a focus

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

Concerns: accountability to the command of God, to love (agape love), the dying voice of a unified body of Christ through prayer, tradition and religion stiffling the assembling of the saints hence a decline in church membership nationally.
Excite: ministry evolving outside of the walls of the church, discipleship training taking place and the hunger for Truth of the Way even more than ever!

Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I accepted Christ at the age of 11 because I knew and believed in Jesus and did not want to go to Hell. It seems very elementary but that is my true story.
My life as a Christian evolved into me walking in the anointing of a Believer as I grew in maturity, emotionally and spiritually. It was no longer acceptable for me to claim just being a Christian but I desired to walk as a Believer. The Word of God desires more of us and my desire is to help people accept there election and calling and walk in that authority!

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

The Power of His Love to implement change.

The reality of what Trusting Him does in activating change in your life, especially in the midst of what appears to be tragedy, He will turn it into triumph.

My trusting Him in all things and all situations grew my faith exponentially to walk in the authority of His Word.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:
