#1 Gift, Exhortation/Encouragement (90%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I believe that I have a way with words and that I am able to empower other people to see the value in their life and to encourage them to live up to their fullest potential.

#2 Gift, Mercy Showing (78%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Every dishonarable behavior is done out of influence from the enemy (evil). When people have lost their way from Christ it is difficult for them to have the wisdom to make sound decisions. By being faithful to others and giving them mercy as Christ did for us, it will prayerfully lead them on to a better path and provide them with the tools to become the person God wants them to be. I would like to help with that process.

#3 Gift, Evangelism (71%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I believe that every behavior is somewhere on a spectrum between good and evil. Christ is always good. Encourgaing people to always do the right thing and behave out of love is ultimately leading them in the direction of Christ. Christianity has been a journey for me and the more I seek the guidance of Christ on how to think and behave, the better my life has been and I am willing to share that journey with others.

Your Primary was ‘The Beaver’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

Originally, my beliefs were similar to those of agnostics. I began coming to Zion church with my cousin. The Bible and Christianity began to make more sense to me, so I started reading and praying more on my own. I decided to take a leap of faith and make the conscious decision to believe in and follow Jesus Christ and accept him as my Lord and Savior. It has been a journey, but my faith is building more each day.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

I failed a class the semester before I was supposed to graduate college. I was overwhelmed with little focus. I took a semester off to re-evaluate my life and get more connected with myself and with God. The growth I made during that time period has allowed me to reap tremendous benefits.

Deciding to journal each day. It helps keep me focused,

Developing the habit of reading books that contribute to my growth.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Failing a class prior to graduating.

Getting fired from a job, that ultimately put me in the position for a better job.

Having to make mistakes, waste time, and figure things out on your own before finally getting things in order.
