Your Primary was ‘The Beaver’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

God showed love through stranger believers and that melt my heart and made me see my sin refusing His love. When I accepted Him, I felt very free.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

5.5 years attending Redeemer Presbyterian Church. Served like 3.5-4 years as an usher and then connections team’s member, captain, and coordinator. NYC

CG sometimes volunteer to bring dinner. Lead organizer for a run group. NYC

Hope For New York – Fundraising runner, a variety of volunteer activities – soup for the homeless, don’t walk by, hang with mentally challenged, … NYC

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Formation conference – Gospel Identity and connecting with neighbors – reaching out.

CG leaders and CG sisters and brothers were very sweet and loving. I got to have them in my heart. They also showed love with actions (moving help, treating me to dinner for congratulating me on xyz, supporting on bday).

God’s grace / providence of new job in 2016 January. Switched career from research scientist to manager in clinical trials/pharma.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Korean American Christians not being nice to foreigners – international students or those who didn’t grow up here.

Living in such a low budget and lack of career resource as research scientist in academic institution. I love to help any PhD scientist preparing after school or finding the right career/job.

Was very alone in the beginning of life at Redeemer presbyterian church – a big one. I love to be the resource for those who want to be involved in church or want to be connected.
