#1 Gift, Administration (68%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I’m surprised. I feel like I hate administrative work. Maybe I don’t understand it. Is there a spiritual sense of administration versus a commercial type?

#2 Gift, Exhortation/Encouragement (68%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Now, this makes sense. I really enjoy connecting with people. Making people feel good and hopeful. If I were funny, I’d opt to be a comedian.

#3 Gift, Prophecy (62%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
My pastor taught that the basics of prophecy is edification, which to me really correlates with encouraging people through the biblical truth of God.

[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. Making people feel good and hopeful.

2. Sharing the truth of God as I understand it.

3. I like to lead but hate being depended on. I suppose I do not like the feeling of not meeting someone’s expectation.

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

I connect well to women and men my age. People who look towards a better tomorrow, people who are hopeful. People who, if given the right resources an environment will do well for themselves.

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

The creative side of ministry excites me. Also, trying to get a sense of the energy in the room and using God’s word to shift it.

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I was clubbing often, and it became a routine. Started getting bored of the same songs, same faces, same places. I was totally unfulfilled. I realized I needed something more, a stronger foundation, and for some reason, I thought of God.
