S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Kristine McFarland for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I seek out ways to give to others because I love meeting practical needs that let others know I care about them and that God cares about them. I want people to experience the good in the world and relate kind actions back to Christ.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I have always loved sharing knowledge with others and watching others grow and learn. I used to play school when I was a little girl and I feel like I have patience to work with others until they understand something.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Helping and serving others is an easy and tangible way I can support and show others that I care. If something needs to get done and I am available to complete a task that can help make someone’s day or life easier, this brings me joy! I love to assist others so they can be more effective. I am the wife of a CEO and I really love doing all the little things he doesn’t have time for because I know my service elevates his work.

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.
Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility
