Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

Grew up in church and had many encounters with God’s presence as a teenager. But really found my own faith after Freshman year in college. had a moment of coming to Jesus in a whirlwind of life.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

National Community Church – Washington DC – Worship Director, Campus pastor – 2010-2017

Oasis Church – Nashville, TN – worship leader (volunteer) – 2008-2009

The Rock of Roanoke – Roanoke, VA – worship leader – 1997-2003

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

American Idol, trying out for the show and making it to the top 50.

Moving to Nashville and starting a touring rock band, that lasted for 4 years on the road.

Getting hired as worship director at NCC, and stepping into a new season of leadership.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Getting passed on by record labels one after the next when we lived in Nashville for the first time.

Getting eliminated from American Idol

Not getting accepted early admission at JMU, and therefore resolving to attend Virginia Tech.
