S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Rebecca LaChapelle for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.
Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility
[E]xperience
Upbringing. However, I surrendered completely due to a weighty burden to follow God’s plan for my life.
Rhema Bible Church in Broken Arrow Oklahoma, Connections Team, Front Desk Receptionist, Healing Technician, prayer group leader three years
Soesbee Ministries, helps and assistant for 10 years
Traveling Itinerant
Creating community outreaches in at risk communities and seeing the lost come to Christ and being healed and set free.
Being a part of a major company and helping individuals grow in their potential and succeed. As well as being pushed out of my comfort zone.
Visitations with Jesus and being led by the Holy Spirit and seeing the evidence of His power when I yield to Him.
Premature death of loved ones allowed me to be more compassionate to hurting people who allow crisis and trauma to alter their focus and life negatively.
When being attacked by the enemy through insecure people who try to destroy your reputation and solid integrity to uplift their own, or compete with deception…instead of falling into anger and unforgiveness, pray for truth to be revealed and trust God that it will be resolved. If they don’t change, love them from a distance. Learning how to deal with personalities and principalities.
Living in a place where the culture is different and I was blessed with good genes and had no lack, I was sometimes bullied by girls who’s blessings was not in their outward appearance. It helped me to love and try to build confidence in those who felt insignificant or poorly of themselves; because even at a young age, I saw that they bullied me out of pain that the world or parents can sometimes bring.
Wrapping It Up

2. My Relationship with Others
