#1 Gift, Teaching (90%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
the only way for the people to know and understand the real meaning of the word of God is through teaching… how can I understand if there is no one who to explain this to me?

#2 Gift, Evangelism (81%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
people need to know that there is something else that is most important in life and it is life saving, people must know that the word of God, that Jesus through His sacrifice in the cross and the holly Spirit all in one had already saved us, keep saving us and will save us no matter what they were or are on their time in life, there is salvation through accepting Jesus as savior

#3 Gift, Exhortation/Encouragement (78%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
people tend to give up easily when things are not going well or according to their plan, when there is pain, and suffering, People must understand and have faith that God is in control, that it is not our time, it is God’s time to work His grace in us,

[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. talk to people about how God changed and save my life

2. when I can send a message to a family members or friends when something is not right and they start shoeing that they are free of gossip, jealousness and showing compassion and love to each other

3. when I have the opportunity to praise the lord through singing even though not having that voice of a singer, I know I do Sing for the lord, sing to Him and He listens

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

it does not matter what age, what it matters is to work people who knows and shows respect accordingly

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

sometime the lack of openness to new people, some times it is hard to feels accepted and integrated while surrounded for already formed groups of people who knows each other and focus their attention only to those in their inner circle… sometimes forgetting about the new comer or the silent spectator at the edge just sitting along.

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I was leaving long my entire late teens and 20′ living without purpose in life, having zero to non friends, childhood with a very physical and verbal abusive father, middle child above 15 siblings, thinking about if living this life worth to be alive… age of 27 is when the opportunity came, Jesus talked to me, I did accept the gift and it has been the most beautiful years I have ever liveed since then.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Leader of Youth, Centro de Alabanza, Mexico city about 5 years

Sunday School teacher for Children, Iglesia Bautista Dios es Amor Tlalnepantla Mexico

co-chairman of the board of oversees at Lakeview Baptist Church, Calgary 3 years

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Leaving in the pastoral house, to see the way of life in that family and been accepted as member of their own for five years, really impacted the way I seen the life before

From having too much hate in my heart to leaving in peace towards my father

from having no one who cared for me to almost magically and instantaneously having lots of people and friends asking for my well being, been called and received offer spiritual and mental support

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

been through to much verbal and physical abuse from my father

feeling hate and unaccepted by others

feeling worthless in life
