Thank you Laura Whitt for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:

#2 Gift, Teaching (84%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I want people to know the truth and what the word says. So much is taken out of context. Some many aren’t growing. I want to help people study, pray and grow together.

#3 Gift, Exhortation/Encouragement (78%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
i long to share truth and expose the lies we believe. I am passionate about being a vessel for the healing of the soul. For as a man thinkers so is he. People need to be encouraged and loved.

[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. Learning the word and Teaching to those who are hungry for more.

2. Counseling, ministering and praying for people.

3. Decorating/home design. Studying Food and nutrition .

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

Women any age

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

Women’s ministry is so needed. I’d like to see ALL ages to be cared for, wanting to see disciples made and leaders of ALL ages raised up and put in positions- many older people feel cast aside or overlooked and that the focus is only on raising up young leaders. I would like to see the Pastoral staff interacting more with the congregation. There are no Sunday school, Wednesday services or Sunday evening services anymore. This leaves us less connected to the Pastor and each other. These services promoted Bible study, interaction time, ministering to the Lord and each other.

Your Primary was ‘The Beaver’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Retriever’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable
