Thank you Old Ayanda for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.
Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility
[E]xperience
Felt a season of emptiness. That there is surely more to living. Got invited to a church programme. The preacher made a compelling argument about finding true meaning only in Christ. I gave my life that day.
Choir – global harvest church, Ago – Iwoye ( member and head)
Also in RCCG CARDIFF, PORTSMOUTH
Protocol – HTH
Drama UNIT – HTH
The sense of family I had with my Choir group in UNI… There I developed some godly characters
Experience of study and work abroad. It expanded my perspective and broaden my outlook. Being able to better understand different cultures and gaining insights into how others do things
The support and encouragement of two senior colleagues when I joined my current workplace helped develop my skills and confidence.
Being lied upon at a young age and feeling of helplessness and injustice of it all by having no support from my mum on the issue. Having no one to talk to. I never want to see anyone feeling helpless and want to be an ear and source of comfort to those who feel this way
Not being able to express my self freely in my family. you always have to bottle things up, risk being disciplined if you said something. There were no explanations… You simply figure it out yourself and if you get it wrong, you are in trouble. I couldn’t trust my thoughts, lost confidence in myself. This makes me want to create an environment where youth especially found a way to express, had good examples/ role models to follow, had guidance to making decision, got explanations of at least have a support system as they try to figure things out. So that they can be the best they can be
Bad customer service experiences. Increased my resolve to always strive for efficiency and effectiveness when serving others
