Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I was born and raised in a Christian family. I accepted Christ as my personal Savior at a January Bible study and was baptized when I was 8 yrs old. I can remember going to school (3rd grade) the next day and telling EVERYONE! Even at such a young age I knew that I needed Him and have never doubted my Salvation!

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

First Baptist Church Crestview, Florida
Sang in Church Choirs throughout my life. I love singing about Jesus both Hymns and praise songs! 5 yrs Acteens leader….
5 yrs Sunday School teacher for middle and high school…. chaperoning many trips and Youth Camps 4 yrs Sunday School Department Director for young to middle age Adults….. 4 yrs Worship and Praise Team member

Woodlawn Baptist Church Crestview, Fl
2 yrs Sunday School teacher for youth.
3 yrs Acteens Director and leader 3 yrs Choir and praise team member

First Methodist Church Crestview, Fl 2 yr Choir member

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Memorizing the Great Commission Matthew 28: 19-20 I believe that’s what we are here for! Being able to show people who Jesus was/IS and experiencing them trusting and accepting Christ as their Savior.

Having a Daddy that showed me how to live my life honestly. He had the same contagious smile and happiness at work, home, Church or at a store. I learned at an early age to show love, kindness and the meaning of integrity. To give to others in need happily without wanting anything in return. “It’s not a gift if there are strings attached”

Being a member of a Worship team and watching people lift their hands and voices to worship God for the first time without hesitation or embarrassment. It changed my life and my ability to worship myself, completely free to be led with His spirit!

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Divorce I felt so guilty and couldn’t forgive myself and was always asking God why me? Then at a youth camp one of them ask to speak to me because his parents were splitting up. I prayed for God to speak through me because I didn’t have the answer, but GOD did! I learned that you can’t make someone else love you but God will never stop loving you! That changed both of our lives. I finally learned to ask forgiveness, leave my problems and sins at His feet and leave them there. He remembers them no more! I learned to forgive myself.

My Daddy passed away way too early in my life. I acted like I was okay but I wasn’t. I was never mad at God but wanted to know why? At his funeral it was standing room only and people from ALL walks of life were there honoring his memory. He gave so much to others and I never knew, no fanfare. People would try to pay him back and he said to share it with someone else in need and tell them about Jesus. That’s the kind of Christian I want to be!

Watching members of a Church fight about the color of carpet……we are human and are going to disagree but GOD comes first! We need to love and accept each other for who we are and to WHOM we belong. I learned what is really important, not what we wear or look like but in all things LOVE GOD!
