#1 Gift, Administration (100%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Because I’ve learned how to delegate responsibilities to others working with me so that we could do the best possible job with the resources available and the time allotted to us.

#2 Gift, Teaching (100%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Becuase I am to present Biblical truths and a fun and unique way that allows listeners to grasp the concepts and apply them practically in their daily lives.

#3 Gift, Serving (93%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Because I don’t necessarily have a desire to be a figure head but I’m much more concerned with making sure that the tasks at hand are done as well as possible. This allows me to serve in roles that others might view as menial all in the name of success.

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I grew up in the church but there was one particular revival where I felt as though that tomorrow is not promised and I wanted to ensure that when the trumpet sounded I would be found in the number that belonged to Christ.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

First Haitian Church of God of Roselle: 2-3 years Interpreter , 4 years as Youth Secretary, 2 years as Vice President.

Intervasity Christian Fellowship: 1 semester Small Group Leader, 1 school year Small Group Coordinator, 1 school year Outreach Coordinator

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Having great youth leaders in my life

Being placed in difficult positions of leadership and speaking engagements from an early age

Learning an instrument during young adulthood

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Being raised in a stricter home

Getting into a relationship at a young age

Facing adversity during college
