I have a desire to more, give more. Help those who don’t have in a practical way. Money is not a motivator but the lack thereof can be a demotivater and I believe that if peoples basic needs are met they will be more willing to listen to what I have to say

I like/need my environment to be organised, well structured as I believe that I have a better chance of succeeding in that environment. Limiting chaos and distraction and creating order is an environment that I perform well in. People in distress and children need structure, discipline and order as a foundation, and organised chaos can be introduced on top of that
