Thank you London Robinson for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

2. I love to learn, study, read

3. Dance

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

I love to work with all ages of women but especially mothers and young adults (college age).
I also enjoy working with and helping those who are typically overlooked or who don’t “fit the mold”.

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

I am excited by good solid Teaching of the word , Prophetic flow and ministry, deliverance.

Church issues- my biggest concern for the church at large is making sure we are not compelled to conform to the world, the intermixing of other faiths in order to “accommodate”, also as governmental laws change, making sure our hearts stay close to Christ so we operate according to his word in truth and in love.

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Retriever’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I grew up going to church, Sunday school bible study etc. got saved in the 4th grade. By the time i went off to college i decided to just live (God on the back burner). I met a friend who told me about bible study on campus we went and i rededicated my life to Christ.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

HOPES house Various positions of ministry including : kids church, dance ministry, hope fellowship, prayer ministry, general leadership, banner ministry, Girl talk, middle school girls ministry, me management (discipleship program) from inception to 2015.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Having my children

Getting married

Hopes house — hope fellowship, me management,

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Delayed college degrees has made me push through what felt like failure to my own personal success — this helps me to encourage others who want to give up because things didn’t work out the first, second or third time. Persevere and plan and leave the rest up to God.

Many miscarriages. Loss and disappointment is never easy but i am now able to offer my coping mechanisms and my joy in the midst of those trials to other moms or women who are trying. I also have two little ones. So i know there can be life after !

My SUPER CRAZY previous work situation. I now have the skill to run a preschool ( to a small degree) and i certainly know what NOT to do.

1. My Relationship with GOD

2. My Relationship with Others

  • Putting Your Spouse First
  • Your Kids Second
  • Everyone Else After those

3. I would own and operate a HIGH quality Child development center with a huge parenting resource center for single parents, low income families, etc. with high paid professional level educators

4. I want to be a early childhood consultant for directors and programs offering seminars, mentorship and coaching services.

5.
