#1 Gift, Exhortation/Encouragement (84%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
This is something that u have been convicted to work on. I encourage the people around me to live better but sometimes I find it had just to give verbal affirmation without a call to action. I love giving people big, warm smiles and encouraging in that way.

#2 Gift, Teaching (84%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I love teaching and explaining things to my fellow Christians especially “baby Christians.” I like answering new Christians questions and being apart of their journey with God.

#3 Gift, Pastoring/Shepherding (75%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I look for Christians who are straying away from God and try to encourage them back. I pray for them, call them regularly, make time for them, and share gospel truths with them in order to help.

[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. Worship through music and leading my church in music.

2. Working at the food pantry

3. Understanding the Bible and talking about it with other believers, especially in Sunday school.

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

I like to work with middle aged to older people but I do have a lot of conversations with nonbelievers my age 20s.

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

I am excited for good pantries and the work they do. I love youth ministry because that was such a vital developmental time for me . at the same time I am worried about youth ministry doing an effective job with kids such an important time. Now that I am in a women’s ministry I think I would love to serve in that way.

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I grew up in church, but it wasn’t saved until I was about 12. My teacher and VBS said that we don’t except God just to escape hell but we accept him to have relationship with him. I still remember the exact moment that clicked in my head and heart.
