However I do still believe in the true 5 fold ministry. As in Teaching I desire to share the word with a group to help move them along in their walk. To guide and protect these people.

Your Primary was ‘The Beaver’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

While a very depressed teenager, a friend and co-worker invited me to youth group. Shortly after attending I had the last of my failed suicide attempts. When I woke from that, I knew there was more to life. Continuing to go to youth group i realized what I had been missing. On my bedroom floor one night after service, I cried out to God.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Freedom Christian Fellowship, Adrian, MI 2000 – 2013 – Many positions Janitorial, Audio/Visual Tech, Praise Team, Youth Leader, Jr High Teach, Elementary Teacher, Bus Ministry

Cornerstone Community Church, Adrian, MI 2014 – 2016 – I was part of this new Church Plant and help get it moving. Was also inveigled in Youth Ministries and would teach one service a month in the Adult Wed night class.

Redemption Outreach Center Church of God, Adrian, MI 2016 – 2017 – Headed up the audio/visual group and ran JR High Ministry. Also was a Youth Leader. Helped with the transition of the Name and new vision of the church.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Timothy Training Program. A former Pastor had a group of young men that he mentored closely. Called it TTP. This was to train young men on how to work in ministry, how to be good husbands and fathers.

Getting married and becoming one. Through some of life’s biggest struggles, I couldn’t imagine walking this path with anyone else.

Becoming a father. I never truly understood the gift God gave us of His son, until I had one of my own.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Adultery from the Sr Pastors. This has given me passion to those who have worked and severed under leadership where this has happened. These situations have cause many to stray or struggle with direction.

Deceit. To many times deceit has crept into ministry. Seems as if people are out for their own agenda or political standings. I have seen the affects of this, causing a point in me to always be authentic.

Suicide/Depression – I had struggled hard with this during my teenage years. Came to a point that I hated everyone and everything.
