Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I attended Sunday school from 8 to 11 years old, and when I was 11, I heard the Gospel clearly at a VBS, my sin and need for a Savior, and it was then that I trusted Christ.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Equipping Team Assistant (assisted the Equipping Team administratively)

Believe Team Resident (helped build up, run, interview train, execute the Believe Team)

Albania Team Director/Leader (vision, execution of, training, equipping, plan team meetings, shepherding folks to go and evangelize and make disciples overseas)

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Getting to public speak at least twice during my first mission trip to Philippines. I learned my love for public speaking and it was awesome someone believed in me.

Anytime someone responded positively to and trusted in Christ after I shared with them.

Seeing the Albania team grow from 10 people in 2014 to now 40 people, which includes 6 teams to 3 countries doing 3 ministries.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

When my friend responded very negatively to my leaving the Bible Study at PCAC. It made me question my leadership skills and if I hurt people.

Cheating at DTS. It made me think I could never work in ministry.

Committing adultery. Also made me think my witness is forever ruined.

  • Your Kids Second
  • Everyone Else After those

3. Be an evangelist/trainer/church planter, locally, then worldwide.

4. Be a speaker/trainer on how to do evangelism/church planting.

5.
