Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I grew up going to catholic church on Easter and Christmas Eve. In my teens I identified as a Pagan. When I first got married, our marriage wasn’t good. Drew was distant, angry, harsh, verbally abusive and cold. I was on the verge of filing for divorce. His friend introduced him to Christ, and he became a christian. When I witnessed the change that occurred in his life, and how good took away his anger I wanted to experience change like that.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

All at Generation/ Lumber City Church. I started as the nursery coordinator, moved on to pre-k coordinator. I am currently the communications person, as well as the scheduler. I am on a team that runs a clothing sale at our church. On the leadership team, and have run a life group with my husband for the past 4 years.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

I was sexually abused from the ages of 8-11. I was taken advantage of sexually when I was 17.

I was raised in a home where my parents were alcoholics, weren’t present often and fought a ton. My mom was often angry, mentally abusive. My father ran me over when I was 5 with our van.

I attempted suicide in college.
