S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results

Thank you Moses Major for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

#1 Gift, Teaching (87%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I like to analyze and understand things as basic as possible then develop my own explanation using analogies to explain it to others as simple as possible.

#2 Gift, Prophecy (75%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Not too sure, it keeps jumping between prophecy and exhortation
Tracking God’s Intent in People, when I talk to them and also find it quick to flow with them, somehow, I can see the picture of their mindset and know why they do what they do. It makes me not one to make many friends because the moment I start getting close in discussions, it just kicks into an overdrive Altruistic mode for me. I can explain it better if I’m talking about it.
It happens via imagination, it’s also how I track, hear God and write my reports.

#3 Gift, Serving (68%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Strong drive to see people/things work wherever I am, as effective and efficient as possible, even if I’m not getting paid for it or it doesn’t cover what I’m supposed to do.

[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. I get excited talking to someone out of a downed mood like if this person doesn’t get back up, I am not going to be ok and I’ve never run out of words to say and at the and I start wondering where those words came from.

2. Helping others, particularly when I know they can’t pay me back, I get eneergized

3. Anything tech-related excites me even if I am not in full comprehension of it, it brings this soothing feeling

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

Other jobs I have experience in:

Special talents/skills that I have:

• I grasp I.C.T knowledge very easily and it allows me being able to manipulate it to make it work and sometimes do what it wasn’t designed or planned to do. I don’t think there’s any I.C.T field I can enter and won’t comprehend. This works for me via imagination.

I have taught a class or seminar on:

I feel my most valuable personal asset is:

Won’t really call it an ability, I have this very active wild imagination. I grew up like that, it’s how I think, interact with God, work, do my reports, compile messages, interact with people. It’s why I still like cartoons. most times I have to consciously hold my mind down, it really knows how to run out of proportion and it causes me to overthink

Your Primary was ‘The Beaver’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
