S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Malcolm Wyche for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Because I am an obedient servant that soaks up knowledge for the purpose of filling up other vessels. I love to learn so that I can find new and exciting ways to interpret the information to my peers. I am able to create content that reaches wide audiences and use language to connect with people I’m talking t.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Because I am passionate and can’t help but talk about all the good things Jesus has not done only in my life, but the lives of everybody around me. I believe everybody should know about the love God has waiting for them and if they’re open to receiving it should have the chance to embrace and engage in their newfound life.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Because I see God in my everyday life and I believe that everybody should be open to the perspective of God moving in their lives on a daily basis.

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Retriever’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.
Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable
[E]xperience
I became a Christian at a young age from my grandfather being a preacher. But it was until I turned 22 that I made a conscious decision for myself to become a Christian and to follow God. This came after a weird time in my life where I left everything I knew to isolate myself for a few months in Los Angeles and found myself giving my life to God and realigning my walk with His Will. I was dealing with lots of regret, fear, and anxiety built up from life of turning my back on Him. But I was able to heal and reconcile my relationship through His Word, prayer, study, faith, and obedience.
I served at a church in Atlanta, GA named Destiny Metropolitan Worship Church as an usher through the men’s ministry when I was in middle and high school.
Graduating from Howard University.
Moving from California to Georgia.
Being able to have spearheaded an event planning company during college.
Being robbed at gunpoint.
Seeing my parents deal with poverty.
Having a drinking problem.
