This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I have served as a school administrator. My experience involves being an intern co-pastor alongside my husband.
As a school administrator/assistant principal, I was a liaison between the school, parents, teachers, and the community. I ensured the consistent application of school policies and procedures. As a supervisor, I evaluated and mentored teachers, supervised other staff members, and assisted in hiring and training.
My responsibility was to manage church communications, including newsletters, announcements, and email lists. My work involved organizing and coordinating church events, including special services, workshops, and outreach initiatives. I also managed the church calendar and scheduling meetings, events, and services. My job was to recruit, train, and manage church volunteers. These were some of the responsibilities I had the pleasure of doing.
I presently serve as Chair of the Philanthropic Educational Organization Chapter IU for the fundraising committee. My leadership role is planning and executing fundraising activities to meet our organization’s role of raising funds for scholarships for young women.

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I have taught my own children to look for the good in others and focus on their strengths rather than their weaknesses. Every person has a strength in their ability to offer and impact an organization. I give wholeheartedly to serve others, especially those who are hurting or in need. I find joy in easing distress and fostering healing with encouragement, advice, a prayer, and offering assistance financially if needed.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I have a huge heart to give to ministries in the church and internationally. Presently, I give to support and rescue the young from human sexual trafficking. I fully support missions at our church. The Lord has laid in my heart to bring back the ministry of international travel in the year ahead.
[H]eart
1. The joy of easing distress and fostering healing with encouragement, advice, a prayer, and offering financial assistance if needed.
2. I find joy mentoring women who need direction in their lives, whether it is work-related or with their personal lives.
3. I love serving others in education and church leadership.
Young and mature women.
My great concern is to help rescue individuals who are being sexually trafficked through my financial giving. And those who are in bondage to drugs can be given guidance, prayer, and God’s prophetic word. It brings me joy to see people who are new Christians to help them with spiritual direction, and teach them bible principles.

Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.
Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable
Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
