S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Mandy for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I don’t mind paperwork and having to keep up with things. I do find myself unorganized at times, but I can quickly get back on top of it. I also enjoy the routine of it. I like to help plan and organize all kinds of things too.
[H]eart
1. I love to spend time with my family.
2. I love to help others and to be asked to help.
3. I love to make things, or make things my own. i.e. decorating my house, cleaning the garden, sewing.
I like to work with all ages really. As long as they are open and a team player. Same goes for types. As long as we each respect each other, certain types don’t bother me much.
I wish there was a better women’s ministry for working moms, like me. Times when you could get together in the evenings or on the weekends, maybe after church. I feel like most things cater to just sahms.

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.
Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility
[E]xperience
I became a christian thanks to my husband. He had a desire after we started dating to get back into church. I had been wishy washy previous to that. But thanks to his insisting on us being in church as much as possible, I started to receive the Gospel. I was saved one night after waking up in the middle of the night and realizing that I wasn’t.
