[H]eart
1. Faith: Fellowship w/other believers for the building/strengthening of the Kingdom. I call my 3 things Faith, Family & Football.
2. Time spending w/my Family. In the good times and the bad times.
3. Football! I am an avid San Fran 49er and OkState, FSU football fan. When either of them is playing, not so well it is very difficult for me to remain holy and sanctified. I am just telling my truth. Don’t judge!
I have served at many levels, but the one I know I was called for is pastoral & family care.
The direction of the church in the age of Covid-19, the Black church dealing w/Mental Health, outside therapy vs church counseling, and the stigma. Losing the Millenials as we are virtual and they have to be focused.

Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.
Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Having successfully w/God raised 3 children w/out the presents of their father(s) in any capacity. 2 college graduates 1 junior in college now.
Becoming a grandmother of 3 amazing children plus one amazing granddog.
The journey of knowing God loved me.
Having greatness inside and not understanding that I was set-apart and not a castaway.
Parental issues, teenage parents. My father wasn’t even seen until I was 16, mother chose to leave me, w/my grandmother, until she got her life together, I was 11 when she returned. She was the holiday mom, I knew where she was but, no maternal connection, ever.
I was a high school athletic superstar in the making until a track injury would change the course of my whole life. Broken femur and hip, that did not end my opportunities in sports but my spirit w/broken. The bones healed but, the mental anguish would last for many many years. As something broke inside of me as well. As the “greatness” I thought I was to become lead me to believe I did not have to rely on God, BUT GOD. That is what lead me directly to Our Father.
