I love to share what God has done for me! His word is truth and that is where I find all of my reference. I also love to have an opportunity to apply Biblical principle to today type situations.

It costs NOTHING to be encouraging. And it is a gift that is priceless. When you encourage someone, you can display an amount of enthusiasm that may change their level of interest or anxiety.

No one has asked me to die on the cross to save a world full of people who are deliberately undeserving. If Jesus could do that for me, the least I can do is show mercy to others. That expression of mercy very well could be the one thing that leads someone to Christ.

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. [E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I was raised in a home where my Mother always took my sister and I to church. I feel that we were there every time that the door was open. My home had an abusive father and church was a safe place.
I had heard the gospel from my mother often and on all of our trips to church we would sing along with the Hemphills or Gold City. One Sunday afternoon on the way to church, we were around Sideview area. The date was Dec 4, 1983. I was six years old. I felt the tug of the Holy Spirit on my heart. I asked my Mom to tell me again, the process of how to become saved. She told me. I took a big breath and asked her if she and my sister would mind to sing, “Puff the Magic Dragon” (it always made me cry because I thought it was about a lonely dragon!) It was important that it be ok for me to cry, because the tears were already flowing. I would always get in trouble for crying, so I didn’t want to be in trouble.
They started singing and I turned my head to the left and cried and asked Jesus to forgive me of my sins and come live in my heart. I still feel so good when I think about that day. I know that my tears stained that car. (It was a Datsun B210, baby blue). When they sold that car, I grieved. My Mom asked me why it upset me so, and I reminded her that i was saved in that car!

Marrying my husband, Todd. Our journey together.

Having my children young and growing up with them.

Caring for my parent with their diseases.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Losing my best friend when I was 16 yr old in a tragic accident.

Becoming pregnant with my oldest daughter outside of wedlock.

Having both parents diagnosed with diseases that made it so my world was turned upside down and the journey of learning to be an advocate.
