Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

After growing up in church, being wounded in church I spent 27 years pretending to be a Christian. I finally repented and came to Christ. For five years I continued to try to prove my worth until God through His severe mercy broke me and showed me the futility of my efforts and filled me with His Holy Spirit. I have continued to learn how to walk by the Spirit and lead others into the freedom that is only found in Jesus Christ.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Stewardship Leader
Sunday School Youth Leader
Worship Leader
Several Small Group formations and leading
Discipleship and Spiritual Formation Leader
Elder

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Broken by God and filled with His Holy Spirit to walk in His freedom and power

Receiving the vision to start small groups and be a church planter

Healing of memories and subsequent praying for other’s healing

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Being sexually abused by SS teacher. Receiving healing with compassion for others who have been hurt “by” church or church people

Being deeply wounded by a pastor through his slander and verbal abuse has led me to have compassion for those who experience betrayal and hurt from leaders. It has also given me the wisdom to counsel and seek reconciliation for others.

My pre-new birth life. The years of pretending and seeking my worth and value from other’s praise. This has given me compassion and understanding for those who are lost or believers who are in bondage.

Wrapping It Up

The Challenge: Based upon your S.H.A.P.E. Assessment above (the way God wired you), If you knew you couldn’t fail … and ‘lack of money, or time’ was not an obstacle… list your Top 3 Things you would ‘Focus’ your Life on, next to #1 Loving God & #2 Loving Your Neighbor (these would be your ‘3 God-Sized Dreams’ for your life)?

1. My Relationship with GOD

2. My Relationship with Others

  • Putting Your Spouse First
  • Your Kids Second
  • Everyone Else After those

3. To impact new and struggling believers to move from a life of bondage to the freedom found in Christ through a video and bible study series

4. Write a book that reached people to the point that they could move from bondage to the freedom they have in Christ so as to bring God glory by fulfilling His desire and destiny for them.

5. To help influential Christian families build a legacy of transferring the totality of their wealth (experienctial, faith, wisdom and values) throughout many generations
