S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Matt Cheatham for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

[H]eart
1. Being a trustworthy friend to everyone.
2. I love to reflect on God’s blessings. I challenge myself in many ways; before, during, and after I reflect on the blessing of whatever task I am engaged in.
3. Listening to my children speak about Jesus and speak to others about Jesus.
I love to work with people around mid-20’s to mid-30’s that are willing to work hard, put their time in, not drag others down if a mistake is made, and do what is right even if it may not be the easiest path.
I love my church. I would love to be involved in community outreach and mission projects with my office/team.

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.
Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility
[E]xperience
I grew up in a Catholic home and was baptized as a baby. As a young child I didn’t find interest in being “dragged” to church. It was boring. My parents got divorced when I was 9. During that time of my life the family next door invited me to their church. I went, joined the youth group, went on trips and truly enjoyed the relationships with friends and God that I began to build. At 15 I was baptized by choice and appreciate that it was a decision that I was able to make and show to others that I believed in Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior.
