S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Maryse Cassamajor for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I enjoy giving my knowledge to others. I also find myself giving time, effort, money or prayers to others freely. I refrain from sharing too much of my opinion for some are offended by my “know-it-all-ness” or say I’m too controlling. My daughter says that I “rub in” my point when she errs. Some enjoy my generosity when it suits them, but find it demeaning to them when they are not ready to receive it.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I enjoy anticipating the needs of others and meeting those needs prior to them expressing them. I have experience volunteering and have held jobs where I served others as a server, in public service, and as a caregiver.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I can positively phrase truth that causes others to rethink their situation. I like building others up so they may be more effective. I encourage others because there have been times I was need of encouragement but didn’t find it anywhere but with God. I don’t want others to feel that loneliness ever again when they are struggling.
[H]eart
1. Singing praise songs and spending time with my bible.
2. Being a mother to Christina. It’s hard sometimes, but I feel as if I was born to be a mother. I look for ways to become a more effective mother to her, knowing that she is a gift from God and that I want to do the best job I can to thank God for His gift and to equip her to be better than I was and am in this world.
3. Not really sure about the last one. Not much opportunity to explore what brings me joy and fulfillment. Too busy being distracted and pulled in so many different directions.
Not sure. I’ve worked with so many age groups. I enjoy working with infants and babies, but it’s a lot of work and I fear that my body may not endure against the physical demands. As Christina ages, I see the needs that need to be met and I yearn to be able to meet them. However, the younger children are so innocent, they are most vulnerable, and I acknowledge the influence my actions have on them.
I have a heart for single mothers, Jews, and those diagnosed with mental illness. I feel that the enemy attacks all these groups, but I don’t know how to equip them for victory.

Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.
Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
