#1 Gift, Teaching (78%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:

#2 Gift, Giving (53%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I enjoy being a cheerful giver whenever I am able, and I try to test my faith by giving a bit more than I planned or than I am comfortable with when convicted.

#3 Gift, Pastoring/Shepherding (53%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I enjoy encouraging others and showing them the possibilities for life only possible with Christ. I am most comfortable doing this with people I already have a close personal relationship with, when I have an intimate knowledge of their person and life, but I usually need these relationships to come naturally, and many times this does not happen.

Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I was led to Christ by several members of one of the AAIV small groups from the Northwestern University chapter. I was looking for friends but found both myself and much deeper relationships than I ever sought. The Lord called me very simply to believe in Him and set up a few small events with perfect timing to lead me to the moment He called me, and I believed in my sin, in God as the one true Lord, and in Jesus’ death and resurrection as a sacrifice for my sin. I unknowingly had the help of many family who had been praying for me for many years. Since then the Lord has led me faithfully through many different experiences in this world.
