[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. Playing music

2. Being in nature

3. Family

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

All, realy

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

I love worship through music, more of the body needs to get involved with ministries, and on that page the established people in ministry need to be more open and welcoming to new people, the insider/outsider mentality won’t help grow the church.

Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I was raised in the church, fell away after our family church closed. Always kept reading and striving to learn. Fell into a dark time in my life after my first wife left me. I lived in my vehicle for a year while working full time and sending all I could to support my 3 children. It got very depressing and I thought very seriously about just ending it. I found some peace through hiking trails and mountain biking and photography of God’s amazing creation. Then met my wife now and together we made the purposeful choice to be saved and grow together with Christ at the center of our lives. Not easy to accomplish, but it is getting easier every day

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

My mother and grand mother being strong in faith and family.

All of the music teachers I had through out school.

All the health care workers that took care of me after being hit by a drunk driver, through my whole recovery from those injuries

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Being hit by a drunk driver.

The failure of my 1st marriage

Feeling depressed enough to end my life.
