Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. Working, connecting, communicating, socializing, playing, engaging and interacting directly with young people. Counseling, mentoring, encouraging, inspiring and motivating and speaking to and conversing with young people. Joining and participating in fun and learning activities and shared experiences with young people and assisting them in their projects and their dreams and goals. Providing advice, help and support to young people. Equping and empowering young people. Helping young people and in their personal growth and development. Helping to meet and supply the needs and interests of young people. Helping young people with their welfare and wellbeing and needs and issues. Helping, supporting, advising, motivating and encouraging young people and providing practical advice and practical care and emotional support to young people. Provide comfort, care, compassion, affirmation, love and warmth to young people. Build and maintaining relationships and friendships with young people. Mentoring young people indvidually. Mentoring young males. Working and interacting directly with young people individually and in groups. Helping to build the character of young people. Helping young people in areas of leadership and character development and in their mental, emotional health, growth and wellbeing and development as well as in their spiritual and moral growth and development and wellbeing and health and in the area of civic engagement and community and social activism, community service, mission work and volunteerism and social and organizational change and community participation of young people. Advocate for young people. Helping to address and solve problems that affect and impact the welfare, wellbeing, health, growth and development of young people. Helping young people to become their own advocate. Helping to equip and prepare young people to become servant leaders of today and of tommorow.

2. Preaching and speaking to groups of children, teenagers, young adults and men. Teaching and speaking to young people and adults in areas of relevant and practical topics, subjects and issues related to their lives, and helpful pertaining to ones own personal and professsional growth and development, health and wellbeing and pertaining to life and life challenges and relationships and ones own mental, emotional, and spiritual health, growth, development and welfare and wellbeing. To motivate and inspire young people to personal change and growth and to motivate and inspire young people to serve and lead and to make a difference in the world around them, within their communities and in the lives of others. Connecting young people with other young people to support and empower and encourage each other and advocate for each other and learn from each other and work and interact and communicate among and between themselves.

Developing, planning, organizing, creating, desinging, faciliating, managing and leading children, youth, social and community outreach and community service and leadership development programs, groups and workshops, special group events and fundrasing events and varied projects that relate to children and teenagers and in their interests, needs, concerns and issues and health, welfare, growth and development and community outreach and service. Develop, organize, excute, participate and join in and help support and lead group or program activities, experiences, opprtunities, events, trips and projects and curriculum and agenda. Assist and support with young people individual projects and activities . Provide help, advice and support to young people related causes, projects and social reform movements. Joing in shared experiences and activities and events with young people. Assist and support young people in discovering their purpose and calling and developing and acheiving their goals and dreams. Investing in the welfare, wellbeing, health, needs and personal growth and development of young people. Investing in the mental, emotional and spiritual welfare, wellbeing, growth and development of young people.
Sharing my personal testimony and llife story and lessons learned with young people and others. Speaking to young males and men. Mentoring and counseling young males and men and those who are hurting or have been hurt, or are struggling and dealing with hardship and going through tough times. Being a voice, champion and advocate to young people. Giving advice to and sharing widsom and knowledge and insight and ideas with and for young people.
