Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I grew up attending church with both parents in a home shared by several children as my parents were foster parents. My mom felt as though her calling was to help children in the system. I lost my mom in 1998 as a 16 year old girl trying to help raise my younger sister I felt forgotten by God, I felt as though he betrayed me. I had no understanding of why or for what purpose loosing her could possibly have been.
I turned away… as far away as one could probably get! Although I didn’t turn to drugs or alcohol my struggle to wake up everyday and live. I wanted to die, at least then the hurt would go away. I ran away at 17, went through a lot of tough stuff ! At 21 I found myself with a child married and then divorced all in the same year! I realized that I was trying to fill a void , a hole in my heart that never healed.
I met Chris in 2006 and when we decided to blend our family we had no idea how hard and trying that would be. We found ourselves hurting and empty on the verge of divorce…. we were given a book and a movie to watch… LIFE-CHANGING!!! We found our problem while working through this book…: our marriage had a gap….a big gap! God was not in the middle of our love . In fact he wasn’t in front, on the side or behind it. We new if we wanted to save it that we had to be intentional, we needed to stop the blaming and shaming and pray for each other and for forgiveness for ourselves.
We found God again, I learned to trust , learned to love , and learned to be loved.
Now we attend church each week, we sign up for every group that we can , and we completed Marriage Matters course and we are now 10years strong and happier than we could ever have imagined.
God blessed us , we are hungry for the word and excited to share !!
