S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Mitchell (Brandon) Miles for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
To be honest, I think we all should have / do this. Hes called humanity to be fruitful and multiply, that’s impossible without administration/management. Whether that be people, projects, etc. Anybody who says “that’s just not my call”, well that’s just immaturity. Admin doesn’t necessarily “get me going either”. (Lol)

I’m passionate about the topic of wealth and stewardship. I grew up hearing the message of faith and prosperity, but also grew up poor. I know God’s word is true, so I’ve spent some time studying and allowing the Lord to show me how to be a Steward of finances and influence. (At the same time, I think we all are? Lol)

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.
Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility
[E]xperience
I grew up in church, and was saved in childrens service when I was probably 3 or something. But when I was 8 years old I remember that I couldn’t really recall the moment that I gave my life to the Lord. So I told my dad. He sent the whole fam out to a dinner night or something except for he and I. He showed me in the word exactly what redemption was and really the weight of waht I was doing. We prayed together and that was also when I was baptized in the Holy Spirit with the evidence of praying in tounges.
Life Church (not life.church) Boise, ID. Social media director and young adults leader. 1 year.
Miles Global Ministries. Social media (not my best work), worship leader, office e manager, project manager, misc. Ages 14-20.
Millennial church. Tulsa, OK. Worship team. Almost 2 years.
It’s a long story but I didn’t go to high school. Years later when I was 18 I decided to buy my whole cirruculum on my own and I did my whole 9th-12 grade in 1 year. Mentally this did a lot for me, because I was really insecure about it and it was affecting my relationships, attitude, etc.
When I was 16 I had an encounter with God during a prayer meeting and was set free from depression, self hatred, anxiety. I think they all sorta go hand in hand. By the time I got up off the floor I remember seeing that I could or become whated I wanted. I decided to lose a lot of weight (I was super fat lol), teach myself guitar/get on worship team at church, and get a good paying job (for my age). Literally within 3 months I got a job at hobby lobby paying 9.50 hour (all my friends at that age we’re making min wage), got on the worship team, saved up a bunch money (enough to buy a new guitar rig), and lost like 20 or 30 pounds (had to buy a whole new wardrobe–which was huge because before that I basically lived off of my brothers hand me downs).
I grew up extremely poor. My mom had cancer three time and two strokes, causing my parents to lose their business. Several times we didn’t have electricity, water, etc. This cause my mom and dad I think to make some weird choices like pulling us three (my sister and brother) out of school. I was 13 and my dad had me and my brother start helping him at work. He kept getting odd jobs even after the business, doing remodeling. But he couldn’t afford employees so we basically helped him for free full time until I was about 16 or 17. I didn’t attend high school or anything and they told us to tell everyone we were homeschooled because legally we could have been taken away and out into foster care.
Due to the above story my mom and dad got arrested. When my mom was arrested she was at a healing meeting praying for the sick. The news and cops showed up and arrested her on site during the meeting. This also went on public news in the town I just moved to (Boise, ID) and my hometown (Tulsa, OK). It was pretty hard because I knew that a lot of friends, family, people I grew up with saw it and the new painted the picture that my mom and dad were criminals when in reality they were not. Just when their ministry was getting to a healthy place partner wise this caused them to lose all of their partners and we were kinda back at ground zero. My brother and I had to start helping again with the bills, so I got another full time job to help with the house payment and groceries.
About two years after my mom was arrested and we lost of our partners, the ministry was back up to a better place financially and during that time I had met my wife and gotten married. I was still helping out basically full time with the ministry doing anything and everything like social media, built their website (had no prior experience doing this), traveled with them, preached at conferences, crusades, led worship, etc. But I realized that for some reason things were different and now things had gotten really unhealthy with them. They told me several times they wanted to start paying me but they kept delaying it. At one point they promised to pay start paying me on a monthly basis. They did once, and then the next month they didn’t. So I worked a whole month full time for free expecting to be able to take care of my new wife. That alone wasn’t a huge deal, but I realized how unhealthy that environment was so I prayed and felt led to get a job, leave MGM (from being full time), and create healthy boundaries. But even though I had given them years of support right after this they gave my wife and I two weeks to find a place to live. Certain friends of ours came to us later and told us other things that were happening, it was a mess.
Wrapping It Up
The Challenge: Based upon your S.H.A.P.E. Assessment above (the way God wired you), If you knew you couldn’t fail … and ‘lack of money, or time’ was not an obstacle… list your Top 3 Things you would ‘Focus’ your Life on, next to #1 Loving God & #2 Loving Your Neighbor (these would be your ‘3 God-Sized Dreams’ for your life)?
1. My Relationship with GOD
2. My Relationship with Others
- Putting Your Spouse First
- Your Kids Second
- Everyone Else After those
3. Plant a church
4. Train up revivalist leaders to go into ALL the world, (business, government, etc)
5. Start a community of young revivalist entrepreneurs that live to shift the economy of influence (tech, thought leadership, social media). We would set up systems to fund kingdom projects, like orphanges and adoption organizations.
