Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I came to know Christ through Young Life while a High School student. I did not grow up in the church but found myself yearning for something more as an adolescent. I continued to grow in my faith during my undergraduate college time.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Part-Time Youth Ministry Staff Member – Northminster Presbyterian Church, Cincinnati, OH 2005-2008.

Bible Study Leader – University of Cincinnati Navigators, Cincinnati OH 2003-2008

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Military Service from 2008-2013 – helped to develop a passion for leadership and helping others shape skills, talents and abilities

Marrying my wife Lauren. We have been married for 7.5 years and she has had a profound impact on my life and who I have become.

My two children – we have two young boys aged 3 and 1 – they continue to challenge me as a father and a man of faith.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

I lived in low-income and impoverished as a child and that has had a huge impact on who I view the world and my place in it.

Military Service – this is listed on both of these lists. There are aspects of my time that helped me to understand how I want to be as a professional in the workplace.
