List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

My friendship with my late best friend. She loved and believed in me when there was no solid reason to. I now know to do the same for others.

Going through therapy and healing from grief and trauma.

Being fathered by Bishop Isaiah Mbuga along with the church culture that I was discipled into as a new believer. I was sold out from the start because that was the standard set for me. There was never room for excuses.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

The loss of my best friend in a murder.

Having a low self esteem along with no purpose or direction for my life.

Failing a whole lot especially in high school. It broke me, but it built me.
