Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

Age 17 attended a non-denom Christian Service associated with Amway and gave my heart to the Lord. It was a process of continuing to go to Catholic church and attending occasional monthly worship services. Took a while to leave Catholic church and find another church, then got baptized and started being discipled.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Currently – Serving at Mariners Church in Irvine for 2 years. Serving on Anchored Women’s Mentoring Team, Prayer Team and Women’s Core Leadership Team.

Founder of NAME – National Association of Marriage Enhancement – Served as Exec Director for 5 years and Associate Director for 12 years of International Marriage Ministry. Speaking around the world at churches and conferences while assisting churches to develop lay counseling centers training them to become certified biblical marriage counselors.

Served as a Pastor’s Wife at Mega Church, Phoenix First Assembly in Arizona for 18 years. We were leaders over numerous ministries but mainly large marriage ministry.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Being married to a wonderful Godly man whom we shared passion and vision for serving the local church and global church. As well as being a mother to 3 wonderful daughters who all love God and are involved in ministry.

Having the privilege to serve along side my husband in full time ministry at a very influential mega church.

Running a large, global ministry, helping thousands of marriages and having the ability to travel while fulfilling our passion to help others live according to God’s will.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Losing my husband in a fatal car accident (while he was on a missions trip in Uganda) was by far the largest impact that has shaped me to become not only a better person but a stronger one who is determined to use the crazy story I have to help others. Also was diagnosed with Uterine Cancer 5 weeks after husbands death (and 2 weeks before Christmas). It was a crazy time for sure.

Having both my parents (at different times) be impacted by dementia. My mother under my care for 9.5 years and my father for 1 year. Through a traumatic event my Mom was diagnosed and “suddenly” came under my care when I had 3 small children (5, 2 and 1 month old)

During the first year of husband’s death my eldest daughter had a break down, with PTSD, depression , panic attacks and even suicidal needed to be hospitalized. Very VERY hard watching your 20 year old daughter struggle due to her father’s death and feeling so helpless. Whole new appreciation for depression and grief.
