Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I was raised in church and followed my family in attending church on a regular basis. I accepted Christ into my life at 7 and remained active in church until I was 15. I was disconnected with church until I was 23. I began dating Rob and when started talking about marriage, we both decided that we needed to recommit our lives to Christ. We were both baptized in 1999 at FBC in Bastrop.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

FBC Bastrop- Youth 1999-2005
BBC Youth- 2005-present

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Seeing the life of my husband being transformed by Christ not only in our marriage but as he serves at work.

Seeing some of my former students become adults and successful.

My parents have always prayed and encouraged us to continue to follow after Christ.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

This past few years has been tough with losing loved ones especially those that fought diseases. The prayers were for healing on earth and that did not occur. It’s helped me to try to understand everyone is battling something.

Growing up I felt that grace and forgiveness weren’t always talked about at church. There were plenty of times I felt my sins wouldn’t be forgiven. This has allowed me to be more open minded of speaking truth with grace and forgiveness.

My brother in law is a pastor and I have watched my sister and their family struggle financially. I don’t understand why that happens to people that are more than committed to the serving God. I have been encouraged by their faith and continuing to serve.
