I don’t feel I have a teaching gift in a public way… however I love learning the Bible and get really excited when things literally jump off the page. When that happens, I like to share that with others one on one.

I don’t like seeing others discouraged and downhearted. Even as I kid, I tried to befriend others who were struggling or being bullied.

[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. I love getting up in the morning and taking a cup of coffee back to bed to read my Bible and do my devotions. This is especially fun when I read an easy version of the new testament and I “see” something I have never seen before. This is especially nice because I am blessed to have my husband beside me doing the same thing.

2. Love spending time with family. Have a strong marriage of 44 years and am blessed to have a husband who is my very best friend.

3. Going for a bicycle ride or swimming. A year or so ago I would have said walking on the beach but Knee issues have been making that a bit difficult.

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

I enjoy working with my husband most. Enjoy being around Christians almost any age. If I am around loud outgoing people I generally need a day or so to recover.

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

Prayer ministry…praying for the health issues of others.
