Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

My parents got saved in 1972. After watching the change in them, and being a part of a church as a youth, I finally accepted the teachings of Christ as my life. I also read my Bible often from 1972 on. It was in 1980 that I made Jesus the Lord of my life.

My parents got saved in 1972. Big turnaround in their lives, especially dad with his alcoholism. He was delivered basically overnight.

I was challenged to read my Bible as a child. I recall reading it 5 times when I was in 5th grade. I have now read it over 50 times. I still read it on a regular (basically daily) basis.

Being called into ministry. Lot could be said here about what that looked like and what it looks like now.

Struggle with sexuality. I was not a virgin when I got married. I have had issues with porn in the past, and still deal with inappropriate sexual thoughts.

The marital difficulties my wife and I experienced. God brought us through a rough stretch by opening my eyes what it meant to be a loving husband and father. I have a great desire to help married couples discover what God has for them.

Stepping out of vocational ministry. It was wrapped up with many facets, including financial and not understanding leadership and calling. While I am not currently vocational in ministry, I AM a minister and will continue to be so.
